Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Pie - My Tuesday Treat
Once Upon a time there were 2 best friends Chocolate and Peanut Butter. They have a deep and mutual appreciation for one another. Peanut Butter has stood beside Chocolate through the bitter and the sweet moments. Chocolate has been there through the chunky and smooth times for Peanut Butter. Together they are perfect. One day Chocolate decided that it was in love with Peanut Butter. Peanut Butter decided that it loved Chocolate back. They decided that they wanted to spend Eternity together. They got married. They started a family. They had little Peanut Butter Cups. One of those cups grew up to be Mousse Pie! Lets talk about this mousse pie. 25 Oreos 1/2 Stick Butter - Melted 1 1/2 C Peanut Butter 1- 8oz pkg Cream Cheese - softened 1 1/4 C Powdered Sugar 1 - 8oz Tub Cool Whip - Thawed It starts by putting 25 Oreos in a blender. I lied. Preheat your oven to 350, and then put your cookies in the blender. Once they are all crumbled, drizzle in your melted butter. P
